Brinda Devine is a Detroit-based real estate developer with more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including development, brokerage, asset management and transaction negotiation.
Her career includes 17 years as Director of Real Estate and Asset Management at Wayne State University and approximately 12 years with Acquest Realty Advisors. Her experience encompasses acquisitions and dispositions, financial feasibility, complex real estate transactions, portfolio management and public-private partnerships.
Through Ferry Park Row Development, she brings that experience to her existing investment presence in Northwest Goldberg. Brinda also founded P8 Real Estate Solutions and developed Kornr Store, a neighborhood market and café.
She holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wayne State University.
